Havenspride Faberge is an outstanding young stallion, born 27 February 2013.

Faberge is by the legendary stallion Olympic Ferro out of a dam named Renaissance who is by Real Dream (Rubinstein) out of Accent (Atilla/Pik Bube)

His sire, Olympic Ferro, is a Dutch sensation, who won team silver at the 1998 World Equestrian Games, 1999 European Championships and 2000 Olympic Games under Copy van Baalen of the Netherlands. This pair was placed second in the World Cup Finals in 's Hertogenbosch scoring over 80% for their freestyle.

As a three-year-old, Ferro was champion of his performance test at Ermelo, where he achieved the outstanding results of 6.5--walk, 8.5--trot and 8.5--canter. He was later given the Keur and the rare Preferent titles by the KWPN breeding committee.

Ferro's sire Ulft, a son of the great Le Mexico, produced many licensed sons and several international dressage horses. Le Mexico carries Furioso xx blood, which brings value to any pedigree. Ferro's dam, Brenda, is a daughter of the Holsteiner, Farn, who is legendary in jumper breeding. Farn's son Nimmerdor, is one of the most well-known Dutch sport horse sires having been named the KWPN Stallion of the Century.

Olympic Ferro is the grand sire of the outstanding stallion Uthopia (Metall) who achieved team gold at both the 2010 European Championships and 2012 London Olympic Games.

Ferro can be relied upon to produce beautiful, typy, talented offspring of the highest quality. Fantastic toplines and an elegant look characterize his get. In addition to their dressage excellence, Olympic Ferro's offspring also make good jumpers. Olympic Ferro is #1 on the BN World Stallion Rankings for dressage and is the top stallion and pride of the Netherlands, affectionately known as the "Black Pearl."

Rubinstein, Faberge's grandsire on his dam side, was an accomplished dressage performer. He had 40 wins at Grand Prix level, was a member of the 1996 Olympic team, sired 89 state premium mares and 66 approved stallions. Former federal trainer of the German dressage elite, Johann Kinnemann, said of him:

 "... when we consider a stallion of the century, we refer to Rubinstein."
